Useless

This app is the slowest app I have ever experienced. Half the time it makes me log in twice, it will erase everything I typed in and make me type it again. And half the time once I finally get the app to start up (which takes like 10 minutes), I will start making a payment and it says "unable to fulfill request at this time". This app needs some serious work.
