The last update was better, now it doesnt even tell me balance just runs out of money and Im sitting around all day wondering why he hasnt called. On my account it just keeps adding on the money I have added instead of taking it off per phone call like it used to so I have no idea what my actual balance is. It is even doing that when I log onto the actual website and call. I have emailed the company with no response and when you call you cannot even get a real person it will ring and ring until it jus hangs up. Not very good customer service. Cannot wait until my man is home so I can forget all about this company. I really hope this can be resolved since I canny get through to anyone any other way.
