This app/service is the most annoying thing ever!! Took a week to get an account set up... Let that sink in, and now I cant add an inmate. Been trying for 2 days. Email them, yea no response. Waste of time and I cant find any other way to get the pay card set up so they can buy minutes and call out. Effin useless
