Emailing to PA State correctional fac.

I only got the app so that I could email a loved one using this app, but I cant. Jpay recently stopped providing the emails to PA State Correctional facilities, now GTL has contracted to do so. However I have to go to the website, log in and email. When it would be much easier and convenient to tap on the app and be able to email like Jpay had it set up.
