Dont like the fact that the app only supports phone pay accounts, and adding money to an inmates account. There needs to be an email option.

You cannot use app to email and now it wont even let me log in bc it says my user name doesnt exist. The customer service is only available via email. I emailed them last Thursday just to finally get an email today which was totally unhelpful. Ive emailed them back all day with no response. I dont even wanna give this company 1 star but I had to. Its the worst WORST company I have ever dealt with. Im emailed the PA DOC to make a complaint. Jpay was awesome.

Ive been trying to use this app now for weeks to leave money for phone calls to my son. It wont let me do it for 1 reason or anther! This is the worse App Ive ever tried to use‼️ Ive deleted it, started over and still takes me to the error⁉️ Terrible!! Gives You a Migraine ‼️ PLEASE FIX THIS‼️

I have been trying to get money to an inmate for awhile. Fix the app. This isnt fair to inmates or to the people trying to help them. They deserve some basic human rights. Fix it.

I thought the point of this app was so you could email from the app !! Not to make payments

This site overall worked well at the payment screen I received an error but resent the information a second time and all went well. Wish it would show details of payments for each call, but otherwise its a good app.

This company is a scam as everyone who needs this app knows

This app is the absolute worst!!! You cant do nothing from the app! To add money or send an email, u have to go to the site!! Not to mention, setting the whole thing up was a headache!! (Not knowing where to find Camphill) which was under "Pennsylvania DOC"

Ive been trying to post a payment for the past two days and I keep getting an era message I tried going on my laptop and do the mobile version nothing is working

You would think that with all the money GTL charges for minutes, as if phones arent being giving away for free now a days that they, that they would have some of the best technology out here. Terrible service from the app to the website. Both are terribly slow. Both give errors on login. Show wrong information like zero money on account even after deposit. Just Terrible.
